Neck and collar bone pain that won't let up

hi....has anyone experienced pain near the collarbone as well as neck pain to the left side in the peri phase. i dont know what this is or wear it has come from but nothing seems to be working . tried heat and ice, stretching, rest, anti inflammatories, sleeping on my back with no pillow but no luck at all and this has my anxiety through the roof and i cant seem to get anything accomplished with all the pain and uncomfortableness this has brought. please tell me if anyone has experienced this in this phase and what did you do to get some relief. looking things up hasnt been a great choice. thanks in advance

    Magnesium oil rubbed in helps alittle. I use at night, but I can definately relate!

    i had it for two weeks and now is gone. i noticed that doing a warm shower helps me to calm down my pain a bit, but for a short period of time. no painkiller seems to work in my case. i am in constant pain from April 2019, no it s a bit better, but pain every day still, i think i just got used to it. hang in there! Happy New Year!

    Yes, I have gotten this. It is associated with reflux/heartburn. Try taking an antacid and see if that helps.

    I am experiencing something similar right now. Just took a hot shower and rubbed some A535 heat rub. My pain is located on my right side. Collar bone right up the side of neck, jaw ear area. Sometimes my face feels numb. I woke up to this Saturday morning. I thought maybe i slept bad but talked to Pamela on the forum and she went through something similar. Also the left side of my face hot like fire. Yesterday it eased up and throughout the day today and now its back. Going to lie down. You are not alone. Hang in there ladies. Thank God i have you all. hugs

    I can relate... not sure if you still suffering this but I tell you what helped me was physio... I suffered for months and tried everything but only physio and the correct stretching excercises helped... it also helped resolve my numb right thumb and right pinky... and the ache I would get down my right arm!!

    Maybe try that.
