I have neck pain, and constant popping that's always in the same place..so I just figure its the arthritis in there that they told me I had like 15 years ago. I'm only 54...so not sure about all that..

I've had neck and back pain for several years I'm 54. I go to pain management and have had several rounds of steroid injections, which seem to work temporarily. The ex-rays have shown degenerative disks and bone spurs which the doc says are caused by age ugh

This is one of my very most hated symptoms. Pretty much constant neck, shoulder and back aches, pain, kind of a burning pain. And the lovely headaches too!
Hang in there!!!

Hi ladies!
Just wanted to let you know that i have had the same neck pain, popping, etc.
Testosterone plays a huge role in autoimmune diseases in women. I had the
hormones a few weeks ago, and it takes all the neck pain, etc, away. Finding a good doctor who knows what they are doing is the key! I am going to a new doctor today.
Do your research on testosterone and autoimmune diseases in women. You will be surprised at what you find. Hope you feel better! Remember we are all different. Some ladies lose more testosterone than others. Keep that in mind.

I have arthritis in my neck and it's usually the month of December that it starts bothering me.. Sometimes I think it's all the stress of the holidays that brings it on. I also have this neck and shoulder thing that I pop in the microwave and drape it around my neck-- the warmth feels awesome.
