Neck C1 Occipital clunking or instability (pain, pressure, tinnitus, low hormones)

Hi,

I've has my share of injuries.  I’m 43 yrs old.

Once doing jumping jacks a few years ago I noticed my head felt like it was coming off the Atlas/C1 and clunking back down.

When I lay on any pillow in a way - i hear it clunk off and if i tense up my neck muscles it slams / clunks together.

I had my Chiro do XRay both tense and relaxed and we see no change in the Occiput/C1/C2 space.

i had an upright MRI that I can’t see any ligament from the shots they took.

i am very tight shoulder up.  Physical therapy tells me I have good range of motion after warmed up, and they say I don’t have instability.

Im dealing with crazy depression from this.  When I repeat the action I get worse (I think).  My worry is though the roof.  I’m loopy all day.

2 Orthopedic’s, 1 Chiropractor, 2 Physical Therapists...  No conclusion except they want to do pain management?
