Neck causing headaches (Age 16)

Hi everyone for a few days I have been having headaches but they are not constant. They come and last a few minutes and go. One time I couldn't sleep because of it, but took medication and it went within a few minutes thankfully.

Anyway I'm not sure if it's my neck causing there mini headaches my neck is sometimes stiff and is painful, my headaches tend to come on when my neck is hurting. Any advice will be great thanks.
