Neck click

I had anterior left hip replacement April 5, 2022 and all well except that at first I noticed and mentioned post op to Dr that I felt like my left leg was shorter and also developed a click in my neck when walking with no pain there. All going exceptionally well, but am concerned about the neck click. Seems like when I really concentrate on walking a longer stride and making sure I step heel to toe I do not feel it. Just wondering if anyone else encountered this as it is still happening. Am thinking about waiting another month and then going to a chiropractor to have it checked out there.
