Neck, head, temple, and side torso stiffness - empty gaze

so I feel like this all started when I found out my brother was going away to adult time out aka prison. Feb 2019. I woke up one morning and my eyes darted back-and-forth in the the wall started to move spin.

Nov 2019. I’m standing at work and all of a sudden I couldn’t breathe and everything cramped up.

Since then I keep having neck stiffness, eye stiffness, temple tension, jaw clenches, tingles in my arm and shoulder, and my spine a quarter way down. Sometimes the side of my body cramp up and I have to grunt.

there are times when I breathe out and I feel a lot of tension and my body. Sometimes if I walk too fast I’ll get those symptoms. And I always have a panic attack with it. I’ve gotten to the point where it’s so stiff my whole body just freezes. But I’m still managing to move.

Crying helps and I feel like I get angry at times.

The symptoms also pop up when I feel like I have to really focus or if I have to do something. I got a tension in my temples in my forehead. And then my eyes droop in a sleepy gaze.

It’s hard to focus my eyes but I eventually do it.

i got on zoloft and now gabapentin. ct scan, heart, lungs are normal. optometrist says to go to neuro opthamologist.
