Neck & Headache during sex and physical activity which remains for hours

I have a sort of headache coming from the right side of my neck. When I do heavy physical activity or during sex, of even while I am p*****g, the vein in right side of my neck (below my ear) starts beating heavily. This results in beating in my head and a headache consequently. The headache and pain my sternomastoid muscle remains for hours and I need to take pain killer to get better.

For example, a few days back during sex, the pains started and increased exponentially (maximum pain during Ejaculation). It was like all my head is beating and I could feel the pain. When I I checked my blood pressure at the time and it was 13/9.
