Neck itching urgent help!!

Hi,

I need help urgently please. 

I have the red patch on my head, that is itchy and is spreading up my head sad 

Please can someone tell me what this is and if there is a solution

    Try otc cortisone at any drug store . Take benedryl for itching. Then see your doctor for a diagnosis. 😉
