Neck lymph nodes

hello,

I discovered I have hpv56 genital, 2years ago and I believe I have it also in the mouth/throat.

Also, about 2 years ago I found some lymph nodes swollen on my neck and cervical zone. I went to many doctors, but they didnt found the issue. I took also a CT which revealed lymph nodes in the zones:cervical, neck, inguinal, mandibular and (something inside the body, I think in the kidney zone). those nodes are about 10-20 mm and since the first time I discovered them, the didn't change in size..I am feeling ok, no fever or other issue. I have braces and keep my oral cavity clean..

I forget to mention, I also have 2 nodes recently discovered on my tyroid.

it could be hpv the cause of this lymph nodes?
