Neck misalignment causing cervicogenic headache?

My headache started around six months ago when I started having a tensioned muscles on the back of my head (above neck) and a headache behind eyes which sometimes tended to spread all over my head.
I've done Brain MRI, teeth , eyes , sinus , ENT checkups and all kinds of blood tests, where everything was normal.
However, I haven't experienced any pain from my neck, so I didn't think for a moment that It could be my neck. After intensive Googling, I knew about the cervicogenic headache, so I started doing neck exercises and my headache has decreased 80% and everyday I'm feeling improvement.
Appreciate if any specialist can check my cervical X-Ray (attached) and advise if this headache was from my neck or not since my doctor has told me that one vertebrae (not sure C4 or C5) is misaligned, but I can't notice that, thus, I'm seeking a second openion.
Thanks.

Some very good advice. Interestingly I have similar symptoms with stiff neck and pain radiating through out left side of my body. When I 1st had X rays and mri scans over 15 years ago everything was ok. Now mri shows a small disc protrusion at c5-c6 , the symptoms are as before just worse. Would you recommend deep neck flexor corrections for me? Thanks for u r input it really is comforting to have pro advice.
