Neck Muscle Issue. Help!

Hi all.

I have been feeling poorly for around 18 months now.

Lost story short I was diagnosed with labyrinthitus in July last year and ended up having 8 months off work.

The symptoms were horrendous for a month or two but slowly but surely improved.

I went to an ENT specialist privately and they could find no issues with my ears or any evidence of labyrinthitus.

The whole time I have been having some issues with the back of my neck - I can feel a small lump on the back of my neck just to the left of my spine. I also have a lot of cracking snapping ect going on in the same area. I had an MRI and ultrasound which were apparently normal.

The weird thing is when I press/rub firmly on this lump when in the shower (only works in shower - as if heat affect sit somehow?) there is a loud click/thud in my clavicle/sternum area.

Could this be some sort of muscular injury I have suffered.
