has anyone experience extreme neck stiffness during menopause. have had this for last 6 months physio only seems to help few days then im all tight again

I am menopause to my back feel stiffness and like something pulling and tight. I have bags under my eyes I get shortness of the breath. sometimes i get this funny feeling in my chest sometimes dizziness my appetite goes and come. I get so many symptoms. what about you?

yes i get the dizziness as well
funny feeling in chest dr told me were heart palpitations
i get tension headaches as well which are coming from tight muscles in my neck

oh yes!
my neck hurt every day. My muscles in my neck and upper back are very tight and massage helps only for a few days.
It is terrible!
