Neck pain, ear clogging, fatigue & nausea. Please help!

Hello! I’ve been experiencing really bad neck pain (specifically in the back of my neck), ear clogging (my ears feel super full and earwax won’t really come out), fatigue and weakness, and light nausea. My neck generally is stiff and hurts sometimes, but the past few days have been really bad. Clogging in my ears is making it a little difficult to hear. Does anyone know what might be causing all this? Also I’m not sure if it’s related, but my hands have also been kind of red and warm, and the skin on my palm feels a bit rough.

    Sounds to me like sinusitis. Are you stressed out lately?
