Neck pain / lighheaded

I have a hard lump in my neck just to the right of my spine deep under the surface I can feel it as I move my neck to the side (as if it's connected to the spine) it's about level with my ears/hairline.

I'm also constantly spaced out and worried about things like aneurysms - can someone put my mind at rest?!

    Why I had my eye test they said all was fine apart from very slight austigmatsm in left eye but said it was 0.15 or something very minimal. He said unlikely to cause any trouble.

    Does anybody think my problems could be vertebral artery related ? No one seems to be replying ?
