Neck shoulder pain

Hi does any one have neck and shoulder pain that comes and goes through out the day I'm in perimenapause this is awful.

    Hun Hunni Yep all the time! It’s really draining too.

    Sometimes it’s shoulder blades then up through my neck. Other times it’s all down my side into my hip. Grrr!

    All part of the Peri journey. A few ibuprofen helps generally and nice hot bathes. I also bought a massager recently that really is great for the shoulder blade aches.

    Hi Jaqueline yeah I have all these it was quite funny when you put how about teeth and eat pain it made me smile I have all 66 symptoms and more I think the aches and pains is definitely part of it sending hugs 🤗🤗x

    Hi Jacqueline, yes I do. I can always press on my neck and shoulders and it is painful. And moving my neck sometimes hurts as well. It is awful and massaging it doesn't help either.

      hi sally, i have a sore neck and upper back too for many months , i too have had massages and physio nothing helps x

      Does your stay on one side all the time I feel that all the time on my right side and behind my skull

    Hi Jacqueline, yes all the time and has been like this since June 2017. some days better than others but , i feel so tired for it. This also worries me and males my anxiety worse. I have had physio for 3 months and do exercises daily for my neck with no improvement. x
