Neck stiffness, shoulder pain, headache

I've had neck issues for quite some time now. However, my neck feels very stiff an my shoulders hurt quite a bit and I can't seem to ease the pain. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but sometimes I become dizzy, get tinnitus for a short moment and lose control of my body like it shuts down for a second. I jumped infront of a car about 2 months ago, however it managed to brake and went around 20 km/h during our impact. I walked away and didn't tell anyone about it, should I go see a doctor about my neck issues and random dizziness? I eat a decent amount and drink water as well. Thanks for any replies and tips!

    Hi Eric. Yes, I would go and see the Dr. I have exactly the same problem (sans car) and my Dr put it down to OA. I will follow your thread with interest to see what comes up. It keeps me awake at night.
