Neck twitching

I had Bells Palsy 2 years ago and have developed a form of Hemifacial Spasm -neurologist calls it post paralytic facial synkenesis. Due to synkinesis my platysmal muscle is very prominent and my neck twitches uncontrollably. When I close my left eye and facial muscles also quiver quite noticeably. I also have a mild numb feeling under my left eye, above my lip and chin. The left side of my face also seems to try to keep moving to the left. I have had a MRI a week ago but no results yet. Does anybody else have symptomalogy similar to this?

    Hi I'm 52 n all the sudden last year my head twitches especially if I try to stare at someone while talking no one can tell me anything I'm wondering where n why I got it from no know it shakes like crazy when I'm nervous n see Drs with the thermometer keep me informed. My right eye also is shut more than left now n I can't understand nyes cheeks go numb when I smile it feels like skin stretching can any one help... My dad had Parkinson's n I'm not sure what's going onmark
