What are your symptoms? I can totally understand where you are coming from though. I have been suffering from the symptoms (Acne, excess hair, not regular periods etc) from an early age (like 15 or 16) and I am now 29. I researched it my self and diagnosed (including my current medication) my self as doctors are useless.. although I no longer suffer acne as I was on Roaccutane when I was younger and luckily it cleared it all up, and never ever returned so if you suffer with acne i would suggest looking into Roaccutane. I'm currently on spirolactane and metformin.
I am unsure what you are on, but if you are wanting to conceive seriously research metformin as I believe alot of people with PCOS use it to help with getting pregnant...
Make sure you eat right, cut out all the bad carbs, sugar, junk food etc and exercise alot, try not to stress as this will all help. I have read alot of success storys of people with PCOS falling preg with no help from fertility clinics etc so don't give up hope! ....and whatever you do, don't let it ruin your life. I know it sucks to have it, I know this all too well, at least once a year I break down over it, times I have quit my job, but it dosen't benefit me at all..
All the best and I hope yours is a success story I oneday ready

What are your symptoms or is it simply you want to want to conceive? If it is.... I would suggest looking into metformin as I believe people with PCOS use this to help get pregy. Combaine it with LOTS of exercise, healthy eating, cut all carbs, sugar, junk, processed food etc etc usual story and you never know. I have read alot of sucess storys with people that have been able to get pregy with no help from fertility clinic so don't lose hope just yet.
I understand where you are coming from though, I have suffered this from 15 and am now 29. There are times (and still are) it has ruined my life and I breakdown over it, I absloutely hate PCOS and would not wish it upon anyone.
Let me know if you have any other questions as I have spent alot of time over the years looking into it and which medication etc to take as doctors are useless....
all the best
