Need advice!

Hi, I didn't complete the 3 years on nexplanon after I got it removed in Mid December 2017. My OBGYN told me I could get pregnant that same day. So I guess I was hopeful. I have had a period every month since then. Heavy flow and very painful periods and last about 4 to 5 days. I know its only been 2 full months since but I am 25 years old and was hoping to be as fertile as any young 25yo woman would be. I may be over reacting but my question is, has someone had regular periods after the nexplanon and has gotten pregnant within months? Or a year? I think I would panic if it lasted more than 6 months. Just need someone with a similar situatio. To let me know how it went for them and let me know if i should do anything that woukd help.
