Im not saying you should quit sertraline, im just letting you know my mind is in the same place as you. But you felt great a few times i remember. So maybe you should keep going and give it another 2 weeks.
How long since your last dose increase?
Wishing you all the best.

How long have you been taking the medicine? 50mg is the usual starting dose.
I started on 50mg for a month then went up to 75mg which I’ve been taking for around 6 weeks and I feel much more like my old self again now.
Hope you feel better soon.

If you do decide to go off them i highly suggest you do so under a psychiatrist's supervision. That said, I'm slowly going off mine at a rate starting at a 6.25mg reduction for 3 months. Next reduction may be slighty smaller. I was at 75 mg. Was on thos 20 years. Tried quitting but too fast and on my own. Ended up in the ER and then back on it again. This stuff is powerful. Going down 6.25mg (thru a compounding pharmacy) had mw feeling pretty bad for 4 days. I'm great now. If you cut down 25mg at one time, you will be in for a rough 2 weeks. The nervous system needs to recalibrate, and during a very slow taper, you can work thru any emotions and cognitive therapy to get ready for the next drop.

Ok, good idea because it takes time to work. After 6 weeks it should be showing some positive effect with the "onboarding" side effects diminishing.
