Need advice

my partner has suffered with hsp when he was younger (about 7/8 years ago), saw multiple doctors that didnt know how to help. its started to come back about January 2022 time, he is really struggling with the stomach pains, but doesnt want to go to the doctors as he thinks he will get sent away again with no answers or solutions. does anyone have any advice on what we could possibly do as its really affecting his day to day life.
