NEED ADVICE: back problems

Hello.

I herniated my lower right disc freshman year in highschool. I am now 30 years old and I experience a dull ache in my lower right back at all times. It's not terribly painful until i twist a certain way, then i realize how bad it is, as I feel pain in my hip, lower back, and thigh.

I have had painful urination, discomfort in my groin/perrenial area for years. As well as bowell issues.

I was diagnosed with an std 4 years ago, and swore I still had it all this time. I had alot of bowell work up, and saw a urologist several times. Nothing was figured out. Until the urologist suggested I have a scan of my lower right back. Turns out my lower right back is degenerative, and she thinks it is the cause of all of my issues in my lower region.

I was bewildered at the thought of that being the cause of all of this.

within the last few years, I have begun to pee myself slightly every time I squat, bend over, or lift my right leg.

is this really likely to be the cause of all of my issues?
