Need advice on what this is? HPV related?

i will start off by saying that i had hpv back in 2014 and it cleared itself in 2016. in the middle of 2015 i had a daughter via csection and soon after i noticed some bumps down there. i had some on my labia minora biopsied and it came back that there was no hpv in my sample and my papsmear came back normal but i chose to have the ones on my labia taken off ..it has been close to a year since then and i have had no reocurrence on my labia minora. ive been to atleast 4 doctors two of them said its normal tissue and the other two were unsure. tomorrow i go again to yet another doctor to look at the opening of my vagina because when i shower it feels bumpy. can i ask your advice? the white dots around on my labia is tissue pieces and not any sort of bumps. the bumps near my opening of my vagina fluctaute in size like every month when im on my period i notice that when i take out my tampon and shower i can barely even feel them and other times i can feel the bumpiness easily when i look down there with a mirror i am insure myself . Here is a pic. i also wanted to say i havent been sexually active in 6 years and my std and papsnear tests are all negative. i do notice curdy duscharge though which j believe is a yeast infection but ive had this bumpiness for years.image

i went to the doctor and he said it didnt look like warts and did an acid test to see if anything turned white and nothing did. he said sometimes down there glands change due to hormones and how it feels "down there" can fluctuate do to hormones. he said he doesnt think that its warts at all.
