Need advice on what to use in lieu of water, when mixing my Suprep.

Hi,

I've done quite a bit of reading and found that for the Suprep, you don't have to use water to mix it with.  Other suggestions I've found are white grape juice, Sprite or Ginger Ale.

Just curious if anyone on here has used any of the above, with Suprep.  And if you used something else, would you please share what it was?

I'll be drinking the two 16 oz. bottles of water (over an hour and a half), but wanted to use something else with the Suprep.

    I have my colonoscopy on Thursday and i will be drinking non colored Gatorade

      Thanks Dana.  So, you mean you'll be mixing your Gatorade with the Suprep?  Good luck and I hope things go well.  If you get a chance, please come back here and let me know how it went.  :-)

    Whatever the crap is you have to drink yeah I got a pre op instruction book on what to do. I’ll let you know how it goes!
