I highly doubt it's Menopause at 23. Have them draw a TSH and Estrogen level and that will let you know if it's Thyroid or menopause. All mine started with a nasty sinus virus. My PCP kept telling me it was anxiety. I've had manageable anxiety all my life, I know the difference. Lol. The only thing I'm anxious about is not feeling like I'm on this planet from all the head pressure/fogginess. I have a headache 24/7. I recently started taking 0.25 Klonopin as needed and it helps calm me down from the constant pain. I will keep you guys updated about surgery. Best wishes

So I wanted to give you guys an update. I finally got the head pressure/headache/dizzyness to go away. A Neurologist told me to take Magnesium citrate 400mg with D2 400mg daily. Within 48 hours all my sinus issues have resolved. I still feel alittle fuzzy headed but he said that would resolve in a month. I couldn't believe it. Check out Magnesium defiency. Hope this helps.
