Most likely as you've eaten a bit fast, it's created a globus sensation (feeling something is stuck when nothing is present) even though the food has passed. Coupled with your anxiety, the attention to it hasn't faded so you're still very much aware. It could also be mild indigestion or heart burn with the discomfort in your chest.

I've had it too, usually lasted a couple of days until i forgot about it or moved onto another distraction. Given you can still drink (all be it slowly as your muscles will be tensed up) and breathe fine, I'd try to just do some relaxation techniques and maybe take an antacid x

I was freaking last night, thinking I might havs to get a endescopy!! but its not like it was a chunck of meet, so im sure its passed and its just my anxiety.
