i am sorry to read of your painful back issues i am not a doctor the only thing i know about is a herniated disc, lumbar stenosis and degenerative arthritis. usually all comes with age . surgery can help the disc and see a lumbar surgery specialist depending if stenosis if it has been caught early.

its very similar to my back issues for the past five years. it's a individual decision if surgery is something to do. i have opted for no surgery . i have managed the pain and learned better movements using handy aides to help cope with other movements . stay away from activities which create more issues. also mindfulness has also changed my attitude by planning ahead and wearing a light back support . I treat pain with heat gel wraps, and have to sleep on my back. really its finding what works for you and asking for a back therapist to help teach soft strengthening techniques for core muscles to help support the weak areas around the spine.

    sending healing vibes your way.
