Need help.

I am 20 yr old, I've recently checked my fasting glucose which was 4.94mmol/l and my HbA1C was 6.30 %

Am i at risk ?

    That was over 20 years ago, can't remember what the report said other than my level was 6.3 and the Doc advised me I was pre-diabetic.   Can't even remember if it was fasting or not, sorry.    My wife is predisposed to diabetes so we test her BGLs regularly on my meter:   regardless of what she eats or how long after she eats her level never waivers.   Non diabetic's BGLs do not not usually change, regardless of food intake.    BGLs in non diabetics obviously vary as do individual's temperatures, pulse etc; however the normal acceptable range is 4 - 6.

      One thing i need to confirm that if a person is pre diabetec then what would be his/her plasma glucose fasting and random, i mean it should be nornal or above than normal ?
