Need help!

For about 3 to 4 years I've been having these "spells" that I also refer to as dreams. I'm not asleep. I'll just zone out and a dream keeps repeating itself over and over in my head. This happens while I'm driving, on the phone....anytime and anywhere. I'm zoned out yet I can still drive. I'm just only half there. This dream lasts about a minute or less and leaves me extremely anxious. I take 100 mg of sertraline. Not sure if that's important. Has anyone else had anything like this happen or am I just crazy??

    Hi, how long have you been on the sertraline? Do you take it for anxiety? X

      Hi. I've been on and off sertraline for 9 years. Been back on it for 5 months or so. I take it for depression. I do have a prescription for lorazapam though.

      I can't say iv experienced anything like this. I mean my mind does wander a lot due to my anxiety, especially when driving. Is it always the same dream? Is there anything bothering you that could be contributing to you having these maybe? X

      It's the same dream for a couple months...then I don't have any and then it's similar I believe but I couldn't tell you what they're about....just leaves me scared. :-(
