What triggers in you the urge to masturbate? Do you watch too much of pornography? If no, is there something in particular that you masturbate to? I'm trying to determine what exactly might be a factor or factors so that we could eliminate them one at a time and see how you cope.

I used to. When i quit i try not to watch and stay restrained but  i got errection (somehow) with sexual thought , after 2 3 hours i will have this pain and it usually relieves by masturbation. Last time I thought i will not mastrubate whatever happens it become worse i thought if i will not mastrubate it will lead to wet dreams but no.

I really don't think there's a problem with having a sexual urge; you're human and are supposed to experience sexual urge every now and then. It doesn't make you abnormal. It's actually what you do when you get such urge that makes the difference.

Do you have a girlfriend? Are you married?

No I don't have and i am not married i know it's a kind of normal thing. Balls get filled every 3 days later.  All i need is I don't have girlfriend and I don't want to mastrubate. Is there any solution that I don't feel this burden on my balls.

How old are you? It's normal to want to masturbate often when you're young but it does become a problem if it is excessive in that, it stops you from going about your normal day. If you really want to get out of the habit then you should try to keep yourself preoccupied with other activities and refrain from being alone as much as possible. I don't think it's anything to worry about though.

Exactly! Keeping himself preoccupied with other activities is the keyword.
