need help

i have been diagnosed with anxity and dippression my doc prescribed me 100mg of sertraline after breake fast and 50mg of olnzpine at bed time iam on them for about 1month now the only the 1st week was the toughest for me then i kinda use to them from 2nd week , 3d week was the best i started feeling like anormal person again even better 4th week is realy bad , my question is, is  this normal ? am i going to be better or do ihave to increase the doses ? when iam going to feel stable again?

    I have been on sertraline for 18 months and it did no good at all, I'm off them now and feel a bit wierd again, but I'm determined not to go back on any drugs again, I don't know how old you are or your circumstances, but 100 mg to start seems high, they usually start you on 50 mg, as for the olanzapine, I have no clue, all i can say is give it another few weeks and see how you feel, if no real improvement go see your GP and discuss other options, good luck, try and be positive, we all have different codes in our brains so it is not a case of * one size fits all*

      dear lynne09047  i do realy appreciate your passing by and sharing ur experiance with me , will iam 29 years old , i will stick on them for few weeks as u sugessted and will see .. much love

    My opinion and experience is you have to wait a good 8 weeks for it to get in your system and work at its peak. I have been on 200mg of sertraline for over 5 years. Started taking at 25yrs old. I can say I have always been terrified to take new meds so I stayed on this with abilify added . My experience is it will work for a while, but I feel like it loses effect rather quickly. I just dropped down to 100mg a day about 10 days. Best of wishes and good luck. If you don't feel its the right one for your body research other antidepressants and go from there 😁 Also remember everyones body handles medications differently

      its an amazing feeling when you find some ppl you never met befor donsnt know you and simply stand there by your side and give just the words that makes you better and makes you feel that you are not alone . i think am gonna hold on them for more 4 good weeks, hopfully iam gonna get better .
