need help

I don't know if I'm in the right spot so I will post and see what happens. For years I have had tingling in my feet and pain also. Lately it feels like someone is rubbing my feet. It's not painful except to the big toe but after it goes on awhile my feet feel like they are on fire. Any thoughts? Thank you

Just a thought but you may have a trapped nerve in you're foot. Channging between hot and cold might help such as putting your feet in a basin of hot water for a few minutes then taking them out and putting a bag of ice on them for a few minutes. Im no doctor but it helped when I had something similar smile

Good-morning!  Your feet problems sound almost identical to the symptoms I had five years ago!  I was finally diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, by a foot specialist.  The cure all for me was Cortisone injections in the bottom of both of my feet.  The results were almost instant...within one day of having the injections into my feet the pain was gone (the pain and discomfort was debilitating at the time!, I too, felt like my feet were on fire!). However I have to have it done at least once every year, but the results were miraculous! It is painful especially in the bottom of your feet but it is done in the hospital by a specialist and they do their best to make sure you are comfortable.  It could be worth a try?!?  I was at my wits end as my condition gradually got worse and worse to the point I could barely walk.  I hope your condition does not reach that point!  I have been pain and "fire" free in my feet for over five years now.  As soon as I begin to feel like my feet are on fire or the pain starts, I know that the cortisone has worn off (it's been absorbed) and I know it's time to call the specialist  again, and he fits me in right away!

i hope this at least helps you....it is worth a try.  Good-luck and keep me posted!

i experienced the same burning in my three smaller toes and they felt like they wanted to curl up.the pain is intense and feels like the bones hurt it is so deep.dr. just started me on lyrica , so far no luck, nueropathy is the diagnosis but really nueropathy is just a symptom, sorry for the spelling, the pain originates from scarring from previous back surgery pressing on a nerve.i don't know what i'm going to do .  at this point  i'm ready to try opiates for relief. in my state you have to go to a pain clinic.
