Need help 7 months no change or progress

So I had unprotected sex and the next day developed redness all over my head and noticed a few bumps on the shaft I went to get checked twice once was 2 days after i noticed and another about a month after symptoms I haven't been able to see pictures that seem completely to match mine and Ive tried antifungal topical treatment but nothing changes and I haven't heard of herpes lasting 7 months i would be sure they would go away on its own here are picture i took from the first week and its pretty the exact same since Januaryimageimage
