    Hi,

I have found this common. Majority outbreaks on right side although very rarely on the left. 5 a year is alot, have you considered suppressive treatment? Acyclovir worked for me I was having between 8-12 a year. I think my body has settled now and I have perhaps two or 3 per year, very mild. Time really is the healer with this one

There is alot of advice online about diet, herbs, remedies etc... Acyclovir will definately improve symptoms and can be prescribed online and delivered
