need help badly

I have tested positive of GH in 2014.

Since then, I always get discomfort in around my private area especially penis.

Thought it will get better overtime, but after so many years, it wont go away.

most of the time I cannot sit properly, always have to adjust my underwear.

I have burning and tingling feeling in my thighs and testicle area.

When i am stress, this kind of bad feeling become more severe and unbearable.

Is there any way to reduce this bad feeling?

I really feel so hopeless..

I really hope someone who have this experience can share with me their solution.

You just have to keep a close eye on your triggers. When you have a bad outbreak try to figure out why it was triggered. I know stress is very hard to keep under control but if that is it then figure out the things that stress you out. Get your things together/gas/lunch/clothes the night before so your mornings are less stressful. Dont get dehydrated. Drink plenty of water. I've recently been adding liquid IV to my water bottle and i feel so much better. Make drinking water a habit. Are you on daily medication to reduce outbreaks?

I did not take any daily medication.

the shooting pain in my thighs and bottom is like non stop since 2014.

Sometimes i may lucky to have 1 or 2 day off per month like a normal person, which i did not have any discomfort feeling at all.

I do drink plenty of water. but I also drink a cup of coffee per day and sometimes spicy food. Stress is really hard to keep under control nowadays.

Do you have any recommendation of daily medication? such as dosage and how long should i take it?
