Scabies can itch for some time even after treatment has been successful.  I would go back

to your GP to see if they are still there.  If so this may suggest mite resistance to the meds she has already had.  An alternative treatment which is stronger is Invermectin so I would ask your GP about that.  To relieve itching try one of two things.  Neem oil diluted 10 percent in water or organic coconut oil.  Neem oil actually is being looked at as an alternative treatment so I would check out various search terms re that eg - Studies on Neem oil for Scabies.

Yes, you can get rid of these things! As long as you use the peregrine correctly. From head to toe, avoiding eyes, mouth and inside private parts, rub that cream in good. Don't have to goop it on just rub it in all over. Then, this is the important part, in 2 weeks you have to do another treatment. By then the eggs that were laid will of hatched and you'll see new burrows, so you gotta get them before they mature enough to lay their own eggs! I forgot how long that takes but the ointment says wait 2 weeks before another treatment. That should be the end of it, with the exception of the itch, she will still itch for a few weeks after treatment. Mine itched for 2 months, and after fighting these things for a year, I finally think I've got them licked!! Good luck to your daughter, I know what she's going through!
