Yes, you can get rid of these things! As long as you use the peregrine correctly. From head to toe, avoiding eyes, mouth and inside private parts, rub that cream in good. Don't have to goop it on just rub it in all over. Then, this is the important part, in 2 weeks you have to do another treatment. By then the eggs that were laid will of hatched and you'll see new burrows, so you gotta get them before they mature enough to lay their own eggs! I forgot how long that takes but the ointment says wait 2 weeks before another treatment. That should be the end of it, with the exception of the itch, she will still itch for a few weeks after treatment.
