Need help identifying spot on penis

About 3 months ago, I had a strange spot similar to this so I went in to get it checked, nurse practitioner said it could be a allergic reaction to something. It disappeared but now a smaller one has appeared. I was tested for gonno, chlymidya, and hsv 1 and 2. All negative. My last sexual partner said she tested for hpv and was clear. I am getting tested for syphilis and retesting the others but it would help to have help. (Picture in comment bc it's not giving me an option to put it here)

     I took this picture after the shower. After I dried off, the same mark isn't really visible so i'm not as worried. Thoughts?

      I didn't notice anything too off from your pics, so maybe just an reaction to something. Do you feel anything weird there?

    Sorry J cant see anything in your picture looks just normal, I think you are worrying over nothing.
