NEED HELP!! Is it an STD??

I was sexually very active(Oral and Vaginal)

I noticed some change on the penis head and the rim of the head and also a bump on the foreskin...PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES 

Sometimes I feel burning sensation on the tip of the penis(foreskin)

I am really depressed, the whole day I just think about this 

Should I go for any TEST?

    Everything seems normal to me bro. The projections around the rim are really normal and they are called fordyce spots and completely harmless.

      first of all i'm sorry for sharing the pic again, but I just want to be clear 

      I got reports of blood test and report says that I'm ok

      but still something is wrong...the redness around the glans is really weird, it just keep changing the pattern of redness( sometime is more red at a place and some time is spreaded )

      and yesterday I felt some pain in penile urethra for few seconds 

      Please guide what should I do ?
