Chest pain IS a side effect of prozac all be it an uncommon one. However as a cardiologist I despise when people ignore chest pain not matter how mundane. Experiencing dizziness and chest pain are 2 things I would want to test on.

When blood flow is decreased your brain gets less oxygen thus causing dizziness. I personally think the chest pain and dizziness could be related and I recommend seeing a doctor as soon as possible, prioritise it!

I am glad to hear you did go to the hospital. It sounds to me that you have low blood pressure, have you been tested for diabetes?

Experience dizziness to the point where you can't stand up is not a good sign at all. An ECG (EKG) may sometimes miss key points, I suggest visiting a cardiologist and getting a thorough examination. Have blood tests, heart trace, blood pressure and make sure you have it defined as "emergency status" so you can have the results with in an hour or 2. Because getting tests and going home will only make a patient panicky, wondering what the results are.

Dizziness is caused my lack of oxygen in the brain, so it can be a lung issue or because blood carries oxygen it is more likely to be something to do with the heart or the blood itself.

Do see a specialist, in the meantime you can take paracetamol or ibuprofen to relieve pain and try having a small can of energy drink to try and raise blood pressure and bit. Take the pain relief and energy drink together.

But I can't stress enough to visit a specialist because general practitioners are just that.. General.

thank you for your answer, some people tells me it is the oxygen in the brain and blood but there is no treatment for that, i saw the doc today and told me to take more prazepam like the psy also , so sad about it and not been understood, as i tell them i cannot walk at all since several months and the chest pain is not taken into account by the doctors i have seen, telling them also that lamictal and prozac and lorazepam have to do with it.....crying every day about that , told me it is anxiety
