Need help maybe I’m worrying

so about a week ago i had sex and masturbated 4 times . came with a red like friction burn . no symptoms really .next day it also looked gone. i continued having sex and masturbating. attached is the first night.', next day and one week later.i believe the change is from me not taking time to heal. shiny look but no scabbing or oozing i was tested for herpes may 19th and was negative. i wear a condom but outside of that i dont when i receive oral sex
