Need Help, new bumps/growth on my base shaft/groin

I just discovered these after waking up today. It's the first time I have had any bump like this. Very small but a small small area has two and another spot has one bump. I had unprotected oral sex with a woman last week and protected sex about a month ago. Is this purely friction, HPV, warts, or something else? They are slightly irritated because I was touching them a bit much. However, they are painless.imageimage
