Need help please ?

i have severe sti symptoms . ive been to almost every specialist there is ive been tested for sti many times and im grateful everything always comes back negative but i really am on a mission to get to the bottom of whats wrong with me !

my symptoms are -mouth/tongue sores, inflammation in mouth and urethra,confusion and anxiety, burning foreskin, bone ache (especially in my right shoulder and arm,lower right stomach pain(dull ache), anal inflammation,clear discharge from urethra.

im not askin anyone to find a cure for me im really just asking what are some other sti's / bacterial infections i can ask my doctor to check for besides the standard std panel? or anything you guys can think of that can be transmited sexually ! thanks again -john
