Hiya, I was in this position with my current partner when we first got together and I really understand your pain as utis are soooo painful!

I have some tips that I make sure I follow that really helps.

    Keeping hydrated in general

Wee straight after sex as it rids the bladder of any bacteria

Drink water after sex to flush out the bladder

Keep any fragrances away from the genitals (body spray, scented shower gel etc)

Shower before sex - can't always be done but will ensure you are both clean

I do carry sachets of cystitis relief with me also so maybe this is something that might help.

It won't last forever your body will adjust to his. I just make sure i follow these things as a rule as i hate utis!

    Good Luck

I'm really sorry you are struggling, there will be an end to it lovely.

Have you spoke with your partner about everything that is going on and how you are feeling about it all?
