Need Help Regarding Blood Reports during first trimester

Hello i am Tanaya 29 years of old 5'4" weight 66 kgs. I had a several symptoms of Pregnancy during last week. I did urine test and it came out positive. Later for making further sure i did a beta Hcg test and it is showing 93857.1 mIU/ml .Which means 6-7weeks of conception. And i did a complete Hemogram . I can't understand it fully. I am giving you a picture of blood report . If you kindly make me understand what to do or what not it will be great. image
