I am not sure if thats enough to cause such a detrimental effect on your body or not. But I highly suggest that you go and see a doctor. I dont know why you took that much amount of sertraline. But a high amount of seratonin in the body can have a detrimental effect on how the body functions.

Go to A&E immediately and please tell someone. You won't die from it, you can't overdose on Sertraline as its not toxic however you might be in for the hell side effects. why did you take so much??

Hi, maxShield. I'm so sorry to hear that you have reached the stage of trying to harm yourself. It is absolutely essential that you get medical help immediately - call 999 (or 911 if you're in the USA) and explain what has happened. I understand that you're feeling desperate, but there really are medical professionals out there who can help you. I know you may feel as if you're alone, but you're really not. We see so many people who feel bad enough that they think about doing themselves harm, but realise later how much they are worth and how loved they are by the people in their lives. You just need to take that first step to getting the help you need to feel that way yourself - and you really need to take that step straight away

    Yours,
