notice this a couple of weeks ago not sure how long ive had it ive been havin unprotected sex n im freakin out 
the area is on the shaft of my penis on the bottom side , i dont have no type of pain or anything its just short of rough when i wet it the roughness goes away buh it dry back out after a while . if any1 knows anything please
