Need help stopping Molluscum Contagiosum from spreading!

I've had been treating Molluscum Contagiosum (MC) for over a month now.  My method is to apply cotton soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV).  It is working pretty good, but somehow new ones keep popping up.  All my MCs are in genital area and two new ones recently popped up on the shaft.  I cleaned the infected area with paper towels after shower and then threw them away after using it.  Anybody has a good idea on stopping them from spreading?
