I got random spots on my penis glan. It hasn't got any worse just one of them look slightly raised. What could this be ?

I had those time ago, I went to my doctor and his diagnosis was some sort of fungus.
It can go away by itself but since penis is a wet area it could stay for a while.
He doctor prescribed me some antibiotics for me and for my girlfriend a
so we both can heal and not get reinfected again.
But please see a doctor

  I don't know, but anyway. You can't get antibiotics without a medical prescription, seriously, go and see an urologist
