Need help to maybe find an answer for my health issues

Hey anyone experienced that? (LPR or GERD)

So hey i have unexplained symptoms for 3 years I felt chest congestion I had phlegm and mucus ,but even that im smoke free for a long time (even though when I smoked it’s was not that much just in high school) .I ran into dozens of tests and none of them show something.expect for the endoscopy of the upper side I have small chronic gastric inflammation,but according to doctor it’s not explain the symptoms that I have .

for long period of time I had throat pains that nowdays I less feel it,but I had a feeling like something stuck in my throat so I test it with and ent and he said that my throat look swollen and probably because the acid (i don’t really experience any acid ).

I would mostly feel nowadays chest congestion and throat congestion even though my lungs are clear(according to bronchoscopy and ct scans)

And sometimes random stomach pains nothing too crazy but yes ,especially when I work out or jogging.

My question is anyone here ever experienced something like that ?,I heard about lpr can be the case so I wanna check if that possible thanks!(sorry for long post)
