need abit of help understanding PEM . i can fell ok to go out for a little bit but then can have a overwhelming uncomfortable feeling and fatigue suddenly and then need to go home. it seem to come on so suddenly but it will not last for days. i will usually just go back to my normal (yet horrible lol) cfs symptoms when i have had a sleep ,is that PEM ?

hi there , have you actually been diagnosed with PEM ? as what you describe sounds just like a crash in cfs/me

oh right , i thought that pem was the same thing as a crash ? sorry in the process of getting diagnosed , new to the terminology
